New Patient Paperwork

Mid/low back pain, z.w.g.

I think they often don't really grasp the severity. I feel like my mother – recently, she had a procedure and I stayed at her house to help her with things. But there were days where she was like, Well, can you do this? And I'm like, I can't do that right now. And she was like, you said, your back hurt yesterday? And I was like, yes, and this chronic pain, it hurts today. She’s like, Nah, no way. You know? I feel like she just didn't understand. It feels like they just don't grasp what it actually means and the severity, and that is something that I consistently have to work around.
